What is AG Design?
AG Design is a design and manufacturing company with a vision to create and manufacture products, which would make any interior a place to enjoy.
Our company produces a variety of products, which provide the opportunity to decorate just about any space. From large format Wall Murals – where you can enjoy a stunning view of a city skyline from the comfort of your home, to small and eye-catching Felt Mats, which add a nice touch to any kitchen or office table. The possibilities are endless.
Where is the Company Located?
Our company is located in Prague, Czech Republic, where we have our exclusive printing and design facility.
Do You Have Brick-and-Mortar Stores?
AG Design operates exclusively as an online shop but you are always welcomed at our factory 🙂

What are Wall Murals?
Wall murals are large-scale printed designs or images applied directly to walls, creating a stunning visual effect. They can transform a space and are often used for decoration, ambiance, or branding purposes. You just have to pick if you want to cover part or all of your wall with an eye-catching design. What Materials are Used for Wall Murals Manufacturing?
Our murals are crafted using high-quality non-woven fabric, which ensures durability and great image quality with smooth and clear finish.
Are Wall Murals Environmentally Friendly?
Yes! Non-woven fabric is made of eco-friendly components and does not affect human health any way. Our products’ FSC certification demonstrates our dedication to ethical sourcing and sustainability without sacrificing product quality.
Can Wall Murals Be Cleaned?
All AG Design wall murals can be cleaned with slightly damp cloth or sponge. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the print.
Are Wall Murals Self – Adhesive?
Some wall murals have self – adhesive back, while others need glue. But if it doesn’t stick by itself, it doesn’t mean that the installation process will be difficult. We always include glue for free to help with the installation.
Are Wall Murals Water – Resistant?
Non-woven material helps air to move through the mural, stopping mold or mildew, but it can’t handle direct water contact. So, it is not suitable for places with lots of dampness and high chances of getting wet, like a bathroom.
Can Wall Murals be Used Outdoors?
No, as humidity and rapidly shifting weather patterns will damage the surface.
How Long Wall Murals Stay up for?
In general, wall murals last for many years in the right environment. The surface that you want to use to apply the photo wallpaper is crucial. It will be better if it is flat, smooth and clean. Limiting exposure to direct sunlight and avoiding installation near heating elements are also important factors.

What Materials are Used for Wall Stickers Manufacturing
Our stickers are made with best quality PVC film, which ensures durability, water-resistance and great image quality with smooth and clear finish.
Are Wall Stickers Environmentally Friendly?
Yes! Our stickers are made from PFOA free (phthalate-free) European materials, which have all the necessary certificates.
Are Wall Stickers Self – Adhesive?
Yes. Each sticker has an adhesive base on the back.
Are Wall Stickers Water – Resistant?
Yes. Your sticker won’t be harmed by moisture, direct contact with water, or wet cleaning if all installation guidelines are followed.
Can Wall Stickers Be Cleaned?
All AG Design wall stickers can be cleaned with damp cloth or sponge. Since the stickers are water-resistant, they can completely water cleaned. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the sticker.
Can Wall Stickers be Used on a Different Surface than a Wall?
Yes, you can place stickers on different items like doors, furniture, glass, windows, mirrors, and more. Just be sure that the surface is smooth and tidy.
Can Wall Stickers be Used Outdoors?

Unfortunately, our stickers are not reusable once they have been removed from the surface.

Does the Color of the Product on the Website Match the Real Color of the Product?
Although we strive to make sure that our images are as accurate as possible, we are unable to guarantee precise color reproduction across various devices. The surface also might not exactly match the product in the picture.
My Wall is Not Flat Enough. Is It Still Possible to Use Wall Mural or Sticker on It?
To achieve the longest possible lifespan for your wall murals, we recommend following installation guidelines. Smooth and flat surfaces are the best places to apply wall murals. Dirt, dust and small bumps negatively affect the visual appearance and lifespan of wall murals.
Can Wall Murals and Stickers be installed over wallpapers?
Some wallpapers are nearly flat, with fine grains. Although it is possible to install products on this kind of wallpaper, we still do not advise it! The best solution is to remove the existing wallpaper and prepare the wall for a new wall covering that is flat, smooth and clean.
Is It Possible to Apply Wall Murals or Stickers to a Freshly Painted Wall?
No. Since paint dries quickly only on the surface, but not deeper, we recommend applying all products after 3-4 weeks after painting (the exact time depends on the materials and conditions).
Product Arrived Slightly Crumpled. What Should I Do?
We are sorry to hear this. Items always depart from us in perfect condition. We no longer have control over the condition of them once we give them to the courier service. Our products are extremely durable and small dents should not interfere with the sticker. As soon as it is on the wall, it should straighten out easily.

What is AG Design return Policy?
If the product was not used (the packaging may be open) or if it arrived to you with significant damage, you may be able to return it. If so, you have to package the item and send it to us (shipping costs are the buyer’s duty). We will quickly refund your money once we receive the items!
