SHIPMENT
We send our products usually within 3 working days of placing the order. Products are delivered to the billing or delivery address if specified by the customer. As soon as we hand over the goods to the carrier, we send an information email including the package number.
It is possible to pay for our goods by bank transfer or card online via a secure payment gateway. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, a fee of 2 EUR is charged to the carrier. In case of any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
